I would like to thank everyone from maint. running shuttles to the hospital and back, front desk, bar kitchen, room service staff. Thanks to all, very impressed. Great Job - Can't forget housekeeping. Keep up the good work with the restaurant. Staff was superb!! Robin, Pam and Caitlyn are fantastic!! We were extremely impressed with the staff friendliness and helpfulness. Room attendants accommodated our bad Spanish and worked very hard. Your restaurant breakfast were fabulous!! Ginger was a great help to me. She definitely made my stay so much nicer than anyone could ask for. One of the most pleasurable hotels of the Holiday Inn group that we have stayed at. Excellent service with five star people. Wonderful service at front desk and especially in restaurante. Servers needing special praise Robin and Vicky. Quiet, very friendly, clean, best hotel we've stayed at Staff and rooms were wonderful!! This was the best place ever stayed. Thank you!! Everything about my stay there was great. I just wish I had the opportunity to stay at more pet friendly Holiday Inns along the roadtrip that I took. Sadly they weren't available in all the towns I had to stay in on my recent roadtrip. This room at the Holiday Inn was far better than the Four Seasons room I had in Las Vegas for $350.
The hotel is lovely and the beds the most comfortable I have ever encountered in a hotel of anny price, but it was the warmth and attention of the staff that made thsi such an exceptional hotel experience. I want to praise the gentleman, I believe his name was Ken, who was in charge of the breakfast on the 6th floor. He did a wonderful job - kept the servings full, looked after guests, cleaned up promptly. Splendid. Having the opportunity to stay on the 6th floor made a huge difference in appreciating the hotel. Nice idea - made it much easier for me as a business traveler to have breakfast in a convenient setting and also to feel more secure in general.... The staff was so friendly. Some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever met. During check out, the two people working gave me so much information about the surrounding area and fun stuff to do with the kids with me. They recommended Water World and we had SO much fun. I wish I could stay at "this" hotel with "that" staff in every city. Great Job Holiday Inn Denver Lakewood, you are doing something right. I have stayed at this Holiday many times over the past 7 years and have always felt secure and safe. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. I've enjoyed watching the new changes that were made from the dining room to the Sports Bar and the new look in the rooms. It is definitely my hotel of choice! Thank you. I love it when they remember me by name and say welcome back Mr. ___. Even if they really could care less they make you feel like they care about you. They do a real good job at this Holiday Inn, even the gal at the executive lounge remembers you from last time. That's nice when you spend as much time on the road as I do. I appreciate the honesty of the housekeeping staff. Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful in locating restaurants near the mountains. This hotel is the #1 hotel in America This is one of the few hotels where I consistently find the same staff at the front desk. I do not know how you are managing to retain your staff - but whatever it is - keep on doing it. Many of us who travel regularly place a disproportionately high value on seeing familiar friendly faces at the front desk - particularly when they are as excellent as the Lakewood staff. I loved my stay at this Holiday Inn. The hotel, room and food were great, and the staff made me feel like a queen. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. Nice place, good bar, restaurant above average. I have enjoyed staying here. The people are very nice, the accommodations are great. Love the soft pillows too. Never disappointed.

Liked Rooms adjoining. Fridge great - curtains don't close completely for dark room. Guest Service great! I think everything about the whole place is super quality and delightful to the eye. Everyone was very, very nice and I personally would like to thank them all!!! Very Nice! We especially appreciated the free shuttle transportation within a five-mile radius of the hotel. We were visiting friends, and transportation was going to be a problem for us as we didn't have a car. W were able to find a nearby meeting place and then use the public transportation to get around. The shuttle service was provided as frequently as we needed it, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Julie was exceptional. Her service was outstanding. Without any help, Judy in the restaurant was great! Very friendly. Cleaning staff was very nice. This has been the most helpful staff of any hotel that I’ve ever stayed in! The most comfortable bed & covers i have ever experienced. All was great. Very friendly staff. Very helpful attitude from all staff in all areas front desk, housekeeping (Robin did a fantastic job on the room) servers at the grill. Even gift shop. Wish Priority Club breakfast was available on weekends or a voucher. 6th Floor Housekeeping is awesome! Big Help. It was a surprise! This was a very clean Holiday Inn. Great experience and I will recommend to others.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. I will definitely stay at this HI location again. I was impressed the Holiday Inn has improved its standards from the experiences I've had in the last 10 to 15 years, 15 to 25 years ago I stayed at Holiday inn and the overall stay was very good. It's good to see Holiday Inn back again. Room Cleanliness on Arrival Excellent!! Housekeeping = Excellent!!! I am a government employee and I'm going to recommend this hotel to other government employees staying in the area. The staff bent over backwards to take care of our needs. We were quite impressed. I had spent the previous night in a Holiday Inn and had just signed up for the Priority Club. I was traveling across the country and back by car and we simply stopped in a city and looked for lodging. In all but one case, we were able to get a room in a Holiday Inn if one existed in that city. In each case, the Holiday Inn was clean and reasonably priced for that particular area. The Denver hotel was especially nice... clean, well cared for, in good repair, and smelled good (many hotels do NOT smell very good in the hallways). Based on that experience, we'd stay in a Holiday Inn eagerly on other occasions! I had no reservation and the young lady at the reservations desk was excellent! She did everything possible to make me feel like a VIP. I was very impressed with her. My family and I had a very pleasant stay in your hotel. When we travel we will check for Holiday Inn's, and hope they are as nice as your Lakewood location. You guys Rock! Thank you for making my stay here so good. Your staff is very professional and very kind. Food was Great! I will be back. We loved the pool & spa! The privacy & hospitality was excellent! Thanks! Very pleased. Thank you very much. I'm sure we will be staying at Holiday Inns in the future. Just don't change the staff. They were awesome!!! |
